(In forward " MAM OBJECTS "), is a company located in Spain, and therefore, is subject to the Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Protection of Information of Personal Character (in forward, "LOPD"), the Royal decree- law of development 1720/2007 and the European Board of Protection of Information, both regulations define a wide range of obligations for those companies which manage personal information.Consequently there is detailed the Privacy Politics applicable to the service Jiro (in forward, " The service “).

POLITICCS PROTECTION

In fulfillment of the foreseen in the LOPD brings over the protection of personal information. It is our responsibility to inform that the personal information voluntarily facilitated to the company MAM OBJECTS through its web page, e-mail, telephone, fax or any other way which turn out to be necessary for the processing and management of the request of information or discharge in the service, will be incorporated into an automated file MAM's responsibility due registered in the Spanish Agency of Protection of Information (AEPD).

The user will be the responsible of filling forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or not updated information.
